Tosa Yoga offers a 10% discount on our 10-class pass for students under 25, seniors over 65, active military, and veterans. Please request this discount and make the purchase in the studio with a valid ID.

Click here to be directed to the Mindbody site to make class purchases. If you are brand new to Tosa Yoga, we highly recommend you purchase our New Student Intro Offer of $49 for one month of unlimited classes!

Click on the “sign up” button next to the class you’d like to take. You’ll then be directed to create or sign in to your Mindbody account.
If you already have a membership or pass, you’ll be signed up for the class. If not, you’ll be directed to purchase one before you are signed up.

We use the Mindbody software to track and manage all of our student accounts, memberships, class passes, and class enrollments. Having an account ensures that you can view that information, as well, and easily make purchases or enroll in classes. If you have questions about how to use Mindbody, please contact us.

Our memberships offer great savings on classes! With our Unlimited Membership, you can attend as many classes as you’d like each month. If you attend 2-3 times each week, you can get classes for around $10/class or even less! There is no minimum monthly commitment and you can cancel anytime. Our 10-class pass is still a good deal at $17/class and it never expires!

To change, update or remove your credit card from Mindbody, login to your account here. It should open on the MY INFO tab, and in the middle of the screen, you’ll see where you can edit your billing information. Make sure to click “Save” once you have made your changes.

We have several classes that work well for beginners. All of our “beginner-friendly” classes are marked with a star * in the class descriptions section.

If you have taken classes for a few months and feel comfortable with the basic postures of Tosa Yoga Flow or Mellow Flow, and very importantly, you have an interest in trying a more physically challenging class, then we encourage you to try one! During class, we will still offer lower intensity options and modifications to take as desired.
