*Appropriate for beginners

  • Our signature flow class for beginners and experienced beginners, formerly Flow Yoga (level 1/2). Students are introduced to a variety of postures and breathwork within a “flow” yoga style using Sun Salutations. Options are always given, and this class may even include a Yin/deep stretch or Restorative posture from time to time. A great option for first-time yoga students or anyone who just wants an all-around feel-good flow class!

  • This is a slow flow class that incorporates a couple of restorative postures, which use props to facilitate relaxation. This class is a really beautiful combination of intentional movement, followed by stillness for deeper rest. A great option for beginners!

  • Gentle Yoga, simply stated, offers stretching and relaxation with minimal intensity. It is recommended that individuals participating in this class are able to sit on the floor and get up and down from the floor unassisted. We’ll use props, such as blankets and yoga blocks, and this class may include a Restorative posture from time to time..

  • Strong Flow is recommended for experienced beginners and intermediate students and is taught in a flow-style using Sun Salutations. This class offers a wide range of postures and variations, and students may be introduced to—and given further instruction on—more challenging postures, like arm balances and full inversions, and techniques such as jumping/floating between postures in Sun Salutations. This class may not be the most appropriate for those brand new to yoga. If you have been practicing for at least a few months, however, feel comfortable with the foundational postures of Tosa Yoga Flow, and are looking for more strengthening or challenge, we think you'll love it!

  • Specifically designed for moms-to-be, this class is open to all levels of yoga experience and at any stage of pregnancy. Posture sequences will be designed to target appropriate strengthening and muscle engagement, improved circulation, appropriate ways to stretch, and movements aimed to support labor and delivery. Prenatal students will also meet a community of individuals experiencing the same journey. This class often ends with meditations created to help promote relaxation, ease anxiety and connect with baby.

  • Specifically designed for parents 6 weeks postpartum+ (who have been cleared to return to physical activity) and their pre-walking infants. This class flows between parent-centered postures and baby-focused bonding. Parent posture sequences will be designed to support the body's recovery and healing after birth and during the physically taxing early months of parenthood. Baby-focused movements and songs will provide students with tools to bond with and support baby in and outside of the studio space. This class ends with meditations created to help promote relaxation, connect with self and baby and take baby care breath-by-breath. Students will also have the opportunity to share and connect with a community of individuals experiencing a similar journey. Class is open to all levels of yoga experience and involves plenty of flexibility to tend to all of baby's needs. Practice self-care, bond with baby, learn tools to help you through the week, share your story, and meet other parents on the same path. Parent's with infants under 6 weeks old wishing to attend but not cleared to participate in yoga are still welcome to join the community, meditation, and baby-focused portions of the class. It is recommended to bring a blanket for baby.

  • This class is a 45-minute version of our Strong Flow class. It is taught in a flow style using Sun Salutations, and offers more variations of postures for experienced beginners and intermediate students than Tosa Yoga Flow. This class might not be the most appropriate for those brand new to yoga, but if you have some experience and are looking for a little more challenge, we think you’ll love it!
